Plain English Summary

4/10 complexity

This airworthiness directive requires owners/operators of specified Cessna P210N aeroplanes to carry out repeated inspections of the engine exhaust system (initial check within 25 hours after 31 Dec 1982, then every 50 hours unless repair procedures modify intervals) to reduce the risk of carbon monoxide entering the cabin and loss of engine/electrical power. It applies to serial numbers P21000001–P21000811 except aircraft fitted with a complete inconel exhaust assembly; compliance relies on Cessna Service Information Letters cited in the Directive.
