Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This Civil Aviation Safety Authority directive requires owners/operators of specified Cessna 210, T210 and P210 aeroplanes (listed by serial number) to fit a fuel‑flow stabilisation placard and follow supplied instructions so crews can recognise and eliminate excessive vapour and restart the engine after inflight power interruptions. Compliance is mandatory within 100 hours time‑in‑service after 31 October 1979, using the Cessna Service Information Letter (SE79‑25) or the referenced FAA AD as the installation and procedural guide. Costs and the work obligation fall to the aircraft owner/operator.
