Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

The CASA airworthiness directive mandates that owners/operators of Cessna 207 and T207 aircraft fitted with Goodyear BTC‑39 fuel cells must carry out the actions in Cessna Service Letter SE78‑10 — initially within 100 hours TIS after 30 June 1978 and then annually. The AD makes the service letter mandatory, creating recurring maintenance obligations and associated time/costs; the AD itself doesn’t reproduce the technical steps or rationale.
