Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This airworthiness directive tells owners/operators of specified Cessna U206 aeroplanes (serial numbers U20601701–U20604649, 1972–1978) to inspect and, if needed, fit a rear wing spar doubler following Cessna Service Bulletin SEB85‑9. Compliance is required within 100 hours time in service after 31 August 1985 or at the next scheduled maintenance release after that date. The manufacturer suspects some replacement spars were shipped without the doubler.
