Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This AD requires owners/operators of Cessna 206/P206/U206/TU206 aircraft fitted with Goodyear BTC‑39 fuel cells to carry out the actions specified in Cessna Service Letter SE78‑10, making that letter mandatory. Work must be done within 100 hours TIS after 30 June 1978 and repeated annually. CASA enforces the directive; maintenance organisations and licensed engineers will perform and document the work. Costs (labour, parts, downtime, recordkeeping) fall to operators and providers.
