Plain English Summary

4/10 complexity

This airworthiness directive requires installation of fuel-quantity placards on specified Cessna 180 and 182 aircraft (the Wren 460 is mentioned in the header) in accordance with Cessna Service Letter SE75-7 and its Supplement No.1. Owners/operators of affected aircraft must fit the placards either within the stated flight‑hour deadlines (generally within 100 hours after the listed dates) or at the time replacement fuel cells (manufactured June 1973 or later) are fitted, so compliance responsibility and fitting costs fall to them.
