Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This AD requires owners/operators of the listed Cessna 180/182 (and noted Wren 460) serial numbers to have the wing strut attachment strap inspected/mod ify per Cessna SL SE73‑20 (Supplement No.1) within 100 hours TIS after 24 Sept 1973. It matters because compliance—performed by maintenance providers at owner expense—is mandatory to address the stated airworthiness concern.
