Plain English Summary

4/10 complexity

CASA requires every Australian‑registered CASA C‑212 series aeroplane to comply with FAA AD 91‑03‑10 (mandatory from 18 April 1991), mandating a modification to prevent selection of propeller ground‑operation settings in flight after an accident.

Owners/operators of the affected fleet must carry out the FAA‑prescribed technical work (incurring parts, labour and downtime); the directive points to the FAA AD for detailed steps and sets the Australian compliance date.
