This AD requires all CAP 232 aeroplanes to have their control-stick floor cover modified or inspected according to CAP Aviation Service Bulletin No. 000801 (8 Sept 2000) because the cover moved in flight and restricted stick movement. Operators/owners must complete the Service Bulletin action within 10 hours time-in-service after 2 May 2001; they bear the costs and scheduling burden, and CASA's delegate enforces compliance.
