Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This directive requires owners/operators of Avions Mudry CAP 10B aircraft (S/N 01–208) to have the work in Service Bulletin CAP10B-28-001 carried out before a Certificate of Airworthiness is issued. It was issued after reports of engine power loss from air entering the fuel system via the inverted flight valve hose.

The civil regulator enforces compliance by withholding the CoA; owners bear the cost, downtime, and choice of qualified maintenance provider.
