Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

Owners/operators of Avions Mudry CAP 10B aeroplanes must carry out dye‑penetrant inspections of the engine‑mount top welds—using Avions Mudry Service Bulletin No 4 and CAO 108.10—first before 1,000 hours TIS and thereafter every 100 hours.

The measure targets CAP 10Bs to detect fatigue cracks early; operators must fund and document inspections and any repairs, increasing recurring maintenance, downtime, and demand for NDT service providers.
