Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

Requires owners/operators of Skyfox Aviation (Hedaro) CA25 aeroplanes to carry out close visual inspections of left and right rudder pedal cable attachment lugs—focus on the weld area at the firewall—within 10 flying hours and at each 100‑hour scheduled inspection. Pedal assemblies found defective must be removed from service or repaired using an approved repair scheme. Issued by CASA in response to reported cable detachment and cracking; compliance creates inspection time and possible repair or part‑replacement costs for operators.
