This Airworthiness Directive requires operators of Skyfox (Calair/Hedaro) CA21 and CA22 series aeroplanes to closely inspect the rudder cable‑to‑pedal attachment lugs (especially the firewall side of the weld) and to remove or repair any defective pedal assemblies before further flight. Inspections must occur within 10 flying hours of the directive and at each 100‑hour scheduled inspection thereafter; repairs must follow an approved repair scheme. CASA issued the AD after reports of cable detachment and cracking.
