| Applicability: | All Messerschmitt-Bolkow Blohm (MBB) Model BO 105 helicopters, equipped with tail rotor blade part number 105-31742 with blade serial numbers up to and including serial number 548; and all spare part number 105-31742 blades with serial numbers up to and including serial number 548. |

| Requirement: | Action in accordance with the requirements of LBA AD 74-162.Note: MBB Service Bulletin No. 30-8 refers. |
| Compliance: | As specified in the Requirement document. |
| This Airworthiness Directive becomes effective on 27 September 2007. | |
