Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This airworthiness directive, issued under Australia’s Civil Aviation Regulations Part 39, requires all Pilatus Britten‑Norman BN‑2 series aeroplanes to receive the rudder‑control modification specified in Britten‑Norman Modification No. BN‑2/NB/M/294. Operators, owners and maintenance organisations must complete the work by 1 April 1969; the AD contains no technical detail, cost allocation, or alternative compliance routes, so parties must obtain the referenced modification and arrange and fund its implementation.
