Plain English Summary

6/10 complexity

This airworthiness directive consolidates many early mandatory actions for older Bell 47 helicopters by referencing applicable Bell Service Bulletins and related FAA ADs. Operators must complete the listed service bulletins (as applicable) before a Certificate of Airworthiness is issued. It affects owners/operators who bear the cost and effort of one‑time inspections or modifications, and is enforced by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (Compliance: "Prior to issue of Certificate of Airworthiness").
