Applicability:	All Model AB412 helicopters, equipped with rescue hoist part number BL10300-60 or part number BL10300-59.
Requirement:	Action in accordance with Agusta Technical Bulletin No. 412-59 Revision A.Note: ENAC AD 1998-186 refers.
Compliance:	For Part I of the Requirement document: At each pre-flight inspection after16 March 2006.For Part II of the Requirement document: At each 25-hour inspection after accomplishment of Part I.For Part III of the Requirement document: At intervals not to exceed 12 months; after the last 12 month inspection.
	This Airworthiness Directive becomes effective on 16 March 2006.
Background:	The manufacturer requires certain actions to prevent loss of the affected rescue hoist’s hook assembly.
