The AD requires replacement of the hydraulic actuator on Bell 206A and Agusta AB‑206A helicopters by firm total-time thresholds; owners/operators must determine each actuator’s hours as of 17 November 1969 and replace it per Bell Service Bulletin No. 206A‑12 within the stated limits (25 hours if ≥850 hours then, otherwise before 875 hours). It aligns with AD/Agusta 206/15.
