Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This directive requires owners/operators of Bell 206A/B helicopters (built before S/N 1751) with single‑latch doors fitted with bulged “wedge” windows to have a specific warning placard installed above the door handle. The red‑and‑white placard warns the door may open without warning and directs occupants to keep seat belts or harnesses fastened; it must be fitted before the next Maintenance Release, at the operator’s cost.
