Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This Airworthiness Directive orders the removal from service of specific Bell 204 main rotor blades identified by serial number. It applies to all Bell 204 models and requires operators to remove any listed blades before further flight (compliance date: 16 January 1976). CASA (the Delegate) enforces the action and cites FAA AD 76-02-06. Operators pay for blade removal/replacement, maintenance and record-keeping; the rule leaves little administrative discretion and mechanically compels immediate asset-level compliance.
