Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

Requires operators of specified Beechcraft 95 (Travelair) aircraft to carry out the mandatory actions in Beechcraft Service Bulletin 2399 at the next scheduled maintenance-release inspection after 29 February 1992 to prevent swapping left- and right-hand elevator trim tab actuators. It applies to the models and serial numbers listed in that service bulletin and matters because reversed actuators have been linked to two fatal accidents and can cause loss of control.
