Who it affects: Owners and operators of all Beechcraft 95 models detailed in Beechcraft Mandatory Service Bulletin No 2109.

What you must do:

Follow the actions specified in Beechcraft Mandatory Service Bulletin No 2109 (this replaces the previous requirement to follow Safety Communique No 67)
Complete the initial inspection within 25 hours of flight time after 31 July 1985
Continue ongoing inspections and maintenance as directed in the Service Bulletin

Why it matters: This ensures fuel tank foam inserts meet current safety standards using improved parts. The amendment updates the technical reference to reflect new, better-quality reservoir foam inserts available from the manufacturer, maintaining fuel system integrity and preventing potential failures.
