Plain English Summary

4/10 complexity

Requires owners/operators of specified Beechcraft 90/65‑90 series aeroplanes (grouped by serial numbers) to inspect the rudder trim tab for moisture‑drainage and, if drainage provisions are missing, to modify the tab per Beech Service Bulletin No.2365 (different revisions for each group). The rule aims to prevent trapped water causing freeze–thaw structural damage and control‑surface flutter and creates inspection/modification costs and short, hours‑based compliance windows, including 'before further flight' where defects are found.
