Who it affects: Owners and operators of Beechcraft Model C90A aircraft with serial numbers between LJ-1063 and LJ-1099.

What must be done: Install a retainer on the floorboard and apply lockwire (safety wire) to the service valve knob, following the manufacturer's Service Bulletin No. 2023.

When: Before the aircraft can be issued with a Certificate of Airworthiness (meaning it must be done before the plane is deemed airworthy or returns to service).
