Applicability:	All model F90 with S/Nos. LA-2 to LA-101.
Requirement:	Action in accordance with Beechcraft Service Instruction 1192.
Compliance:	Prior to the accumulation of 2,000 hours time in service, and thereafter at intervals not to exceed 500 hours time in service, until all rivets are replaced with screws in accordance with the Requirement Document.The compliance time of the initial issue of this Directive was 31 October 1981.
	This Amendment becomes effective on 20 November 2008.
Background:	Rivets were found to be “working” in the horizontal stabiliser forward spar web.Amendment 1 is issued to introduce a terminating action for the on-going repetitive inspections.
