Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

Owners/operators of specified Beechcraft 65‑90 and 90‑series aeroplanes must perform the flight‑controls inspection using Beechcraft Service Instruction No. 0629‑150, Rev. II within 100 hours TIS after 31 Jan 1979 (unless already done). The operator bears inspection and any remedial costs; the AD mandates the manufacturer’s procedure and a firm deadline to keep affected aircraft legal to fly.
