Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This AD mandates immediate compliance with Beechcraft Service Instruction 0896 to address rudder‑cable-to‑electrical‑panel clearance on specified Beechcraft C90 and E90 serial numbers. Affected owners/operators and their maintenance organisations must carry out the inspection/modification “forthwith.” Costs for inspection, any corrective parts, labour and downtime fall to the aircraft owners; the AD sets the requirement while the SI defines the technical steps.
