Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This appears to be an Airworthiness Directive (AD) issued by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) under the Civil Aviation Regulations 1988. It applies to all Beechcraft 90 and 65-90 (King Air) series aircraft. The directive mandates that operators must inspect the landing gear actuators in accordance with Beechcraft Service Bulletin 66-50, Revision 1. Essentially, aircraft owners and operators must follow the manufacturer's specific inspection instructions to check for potential defects or wear in the landing gear hydraulic actuators that could affect flight safety.
