Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This AD revokes the prior amendment and issues a new mandatory directive, targeting the wing panel-to-centre‑section attachment (steel bolts and nuts) on all Beech 65 models. CASA’s delegate requires operators and maintenance organisations to perform the specified inspections/repairs, in the circumstances and timeframes set out in the full AD. Costs, labour and downtime fall to operators; consult the complete requirement and compliance sections (and compare Amdt 3 vs Amdt 4) for exact tasks and deadlines.
