Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This CASA Airworthiness Directive mandates installing fuel-system placards (per Beechcraft Service Instruction No. 0539-281) on Beechcraft Model 65‑B80 Queen Air aircraft, serials LD‑270 through LD‑467. Compliance was required within 100 hours time‑in‑service after 31 July 1974. The placards give critical fuel‑handling warnings to reduce risks like contamination, starvation, and engine failure.
