Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This Airworthiness Directive makes Beechcraft Service Instruction No. 0629-150 (Rev. 11) mandatory for certain Beechcraft Model 56/56TC aeroplanes—specifically TG-78 to TG-83 and 56-series aircraft fitted with rudder/elevators shipped 1 May 1973–1 July 1976—requiring the prescribed flight‑control work within 100 flight hours after 31 Jan 1979. Owners/operators must pay for parts, labour and downtime; CASA issues and enforces the AD while the service instruction prescribes the technical actions.
