Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This directive requires repetitive 100‑hour inspections of the rudder spar and hinges on older Beechcraft Baron models (95‑55/A55/B55 before TC‑1043 and 95‑C55 before TE‑452) and mandates a permanent design modification per Beechcraft Service Bulletin 67‑34, Rev. 1, to prevent fatigue cracking and possible loss of control.

It matters because early detection and a required retrofit eliminate progressive structural failure risks.
