Plain English Summary

This AD makes compliance with Beechcraft Service Instruction No. 0601-180 mandatory for specified Beechcraft Model 55/58/95‑55 aeroplanes fitted with an Edo‑Aire Mitchell AK292 autopilot, to be completed within 100 flight hours after 31 January 1974.

It affects owners/operators of the listed serials (who bear the costs and scheduling burden), requires obtaining and following the external SI, and does not itself state the technical defect—only the mandatory action and deadline.
