Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This Airworthiness Directive mandates that specific serial‑numbered Beechcraft 95‑B55, E55/E55A and 58/58A aeroplanes undergo the work described in Beechcraft Service Instruction No. 0612‑200 within 100 flight hours after 31 January 1974 (unless already done). It creates a legal compliance obligation on owners/operators and maintenance organisations, who bear the cost and must follow that single prescribed method; the AD itself gives no technical rationale or alternative compliance route.
