Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This instrument cancels Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 55/25, which required upper-torso restraints in front seats of certain pre-1967 Beechcraft Baron models, effective 17 January 2008. The restraint requirement remains in force but has been consolidated into AD/GENERAL/74 Amendment 1. Owners and operators of the affected Barons should follow the general directive rather than the cancelled specific AD.
