This is a mandatory safety notice (called an Airworthiness Directive) for owners of specific Beechcraft Baron aeroplanes.

Who it affects: Owners of Beechcraft Model 58 Baron aircraft with serial numbers TH-1 through TH-92, plus TH-110 and TH-114.

What you must do: Inspect and repair the fuel lines to prevent them from rubbing against other parts (this is called "chafing"). You must follow the technical instructions in Beechcraft Service Instruction No. 0419-281.

When you must do it: Before or during your next "100-hourly inspection" (a regular maintenance check) after 15 April 1971.

Why it matters: Fuel lines that rub against nearby parts can wear through and leak fuel, creating a serious fire or explosion risk. This directive forces operators to fix the problem before it causes an accident.
