Applicability:	Model 400 series aircraft, serial numbers RJ-1 through RJ-65.Model 400A series aircraft, serial numbers RK-1 through RK-93.
Requirement:	Action in accordance with the technical requirements of FAA AD 2009-07-02 Amdt 39-15861.Note: Beechcraft Service Bulletin No. 2536 Revision 1, and Raytheon Service Bulletin SB-25-2536 Revision 2, or later FAA approved revisions, refer.
Compliance:	As specified in the Requirement document, with a revised effective date of4 June 2009.
	This Amendment becomes effective on 4 June 2009.
Background:	The FAA received reports of incomplete latching of the existing flight crew seat adjustment mechanism and cracked reinforcement assemblies, which could result in sudden shifting of a flight crew seat.Amendment 1 is issued in response to a new FAA AD, which adds to the kit listing information but no change to the technical requirement.
