Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

Owners/operators of specified Beechcraft 400/400A serial numbers must install an autopilot and rudder‑boost improvement kit per Beechcraft Mandatory Service Bulletin 2533 Revision 1. Installation is required within 200 flight hours after 7 December 1995 and is at the owner/operator’s cost.

The kit corrects incorrect rudder boost behaviour with thrust reverser deployment and prevents the autopilot from exceeding bank limits—defects the Directive says could reduce aircraft controllability.
