This AD requires Beechcraft Model 36 and A36 aeroplanes fitted with optional aft‑facing seats to have corrective/modification work done per Beechcraft Service Instruction No. 0591‑314 within 100 hours TIS after 31 December 1973. It binds owners/operators and maintenance providers (costs borne by the operator) and delegates technical detail to the manufacturer’s SI; the directive itself does not state the underlying hazard or cost estimates.
