Who it affects: Owners and operators of specific Beechcraft 35 series models (S35, V35, V35TC, V35A, V35A-TC, V35B, and V35B-TC) with serial numbers between D-7310 and D-9537.

What must be done: Follow the maintenance steps outlined in Beechcraft Service Instruction No. 0694-311, Revision 1, regarding the "hatshelf soundproofing blanket" (insulation material on the shelf behind the seats).

How often: Every 100 hours of flight time ("time in service").

Why it matters: To ensure the soundproofing material remains airworthy and doesn't create safety hazards in the aircraft cabin, such as fire risks or interference with aircraft systems.
