Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

Owners and operators of Beechcraft 35 (serials D‑1 to D‑9319) must carry out the manufacturer’s specified service instructions and inspect baffled fuel cells (unless already done under a prior AD), completing the work within 100 hours TIS after 31 July 1973. Costs and scheduling fall to operators/maintenance organisations. The measure ensures correct fuel‑system placarding and integrity of baffled fuel tanks by mandating actions in the applicable Beechcraft SIs.
