Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This AD requires owners of listed Beechcraft Bonanza H/J/K/M/N/P/S/V-series models to inspect and service the propeller governor control linkage per Beechcraft Service Instruction No. 0401-254 Rev. 1. It applies unless your governor has Woodward SB No. 33535. Initial inspection is shortly after 25 Feb 1972 (with a limited exception) and then every 100 flight hours to prevent propeller control failures and possible loss of engine power.
