Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This airworthiness directive requires all Beechcraft 35 (Bonanza) owners/operators to carry out the work specified in Beechcraft Service Instruction No. 0254‑156, Revision IV within 100 hours time in service after 31 August 1972. Owners/operators pay and arrange the work (maintenance providers perform it), prior compliance under an earlier issue satisfies the requirement. It matters because it mandates a safety-related service action, imposing cost, downtime and administrative burden to obtain and follow the SI.
