Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

Requires visual inspection of non‑reinforced plastic control wheels on Beechcraft 35 series aeroplanes every 100 hours, and mandates replacement of any cracked wheel before further flight.

Recommends—but does not require—metal‑reinforced replacement wheels. Affects owners/operators who bear inspection and replacement costs, create added maintenance burden and potential downtime, and must manage the subjectivity and recordkeeping risks of a visual‑only inspection regime.
