Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This safety directive requires owners/operators of certain Beechcraft Debonair and Bonanza Model 33-series aircraft to inspect the forward spar carry‑through wing structure for cracks, and to repair or reinforce any defects. It adopts the FAA’s AD 91‑14‑13 (effective in Australia 3 Oct 1991) for inspection intervals and corrective actions. The rule targets specific serial-numbered aircraft to prevent structural failure and ensure continued airworthiness.
