Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This directive requires owners/operators of Beechcraft 33 and 35‑33 aeroplanes with 1,000+ hours TIS to inspect the RH and LH flap actuator bracket and adjacent structure (first within 100 hours after 31 Aug 1972, then every 300 hours). It shifts inspection and repair costs to operators, mandates new scheduling/recording, and leaves technical inspection methods and remediation decisions to operators and maintenance providers, creating implementation variability.
