Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This airworthiness directive requires owners/operators of specific Beechcraft 200-series aeroplanes to inspect the horizontal stabiliser forward spar web rivets and, ultimately, replace them with screws following Beechcraft Service Instruction 1192. Initial inspection is required before 2,000 flight hours and then every 500 hours until the rivets are replaced; Amendment 1 introduces that replacement as the terminating action. It affects operators of the listed serial-numbered aircraft and matters for ongoing maintenance scheduling and airworthiness compliance.
