Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

A CASA Airworthiness Directive for Beechcraft 200 series (Super King Air) aeroplanes without a cargo door requires permanent removal of two cabin door locking pins (upper PN 50-430177-3 and lower PN 50-430018-9) before they reach 4,500 pressurised flight cycles. This clarifies when pins must be retired to prevent metal‑fatigue weakening and potential door‑lock failure; if pins have already reached or exceeded 4,500 cycles they must be removed immediately.
