Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This airworthiness directive makes Scottish Aviation Service Bulletin No. B121/61 mandatory for Beagle B121 (Pup) series 1–3 aircraft, requiring the specified maintenance within 25 hours TIS after 19 May 1975 and thereafter at intervals not exceeding 100 hours TIS.

It affects aircraft owners/operators and maintenance organisations by converting a manufacturer bulletin into a regulatory obligation, imposing recurring downtime, labour and parts costs, and shifting maintenance scheduling and workload to comply with the mandated intervals.
