AD/BEA 109/3 - Front Seat Restraint Installation - CANCELLED

This document officially cancels an outdated aviation safety directive for Beagle A109 (Airedale) aeroplanes. The original 1972 rule required owners to install upper torso restraints (shoulder harnesses) on the front seats of these aircraft if they were certified before 1967. As of 17 January 2008, this specific directive no longer applies because it has been replaced by a broader, general safety directive (AD/GENERAL/74 Amendment 1) that covers multiple aircraft types. Owners and operators should now follow the replacement directive rather than this cancelled rule.
